Let's find the one you'll call home
We're Ali and Mehr — a brother and sister who help first home buyers and migrant families find a place that's actually theirs, at a pace that never feels rushed.
Before we look at homes, a little about how we actually work.
In plain terms
Pro Real Estate is a family-run agency selling right across the South East, full time. When the First Home Owner Grant, stamp duty, or the paperwork starts to feel like a maze, we slow down and walk you through it, in Hazargi, English or Urdu, whichever sits easiest.

Everything a home needs, under one roof
Buying a home touches more than one profession. We're building the practice so the people you'd otherwise chase across town sit at the same table.
Real estate
Homes sold and found across the South East — new builds, house and land, townhouses and family homes, each one walked in person and priced straight.
Brokerage
Finance that fits the family, not the other way around. We help you understand what you can actually borrow before you fall for a place.
Conveyancing
The contract, the searches, the settlement — handled carefully and explained in plain language, in whichever of our three languages you think in.
Accounting
The numbers around a purchase — deposits, grants, what a property really costs to hold — worked through honestly before you commit.
The homes we've got moving right now
New builds, house and land, and townhouses across the South East, each one walked in person and priced straight.

Cranbourne East
Brand-new custom-built family home
Before we sold houses, we sat where you're sitting.
We grew up moving between languages. For a lot of the families we sit down with, English is the third or fourth one they picked up, and a contract for a house is the biggest thing they'll ever put their name to. We remember that feeling well: nodding along in a room, not quite following, just hoping it all worked out. Buying a home shouldn't come down to hope.

Property specialist across the South East — buying, selling and investing. Mehr runs her patch from Cranbourne to Clyde and answers her own phone.
So we slow right down. In Hazargi, Urdu or English, whichever one you actually think in, we go through every clause and every cost until you can explain it back to us. Not because the paperwork is complicated, but because it's yours, and you deserve to know exactly what you're signing your name to.

Handing someone their first set of keys, in the language they grew up speaking. That never gets old.
Most of the people we help are buying their first place, so we treat it that way. We won't push you to sign before you're ready, and we won't pretend a home is perfect when it isn't. If something's wrong with a place, you'll hear it from us long before the building inspector finds it, and if it isn't right for you, we'll be the first to tell you.
We also only work the streets we actually know. From Hampton Park to Clyde, these are the same pockets we spend our own weekends in, so when we tell you a street is worth it, we mean it.
Three languages, one family
Hazargi, Urdu and English, so nothing important gets lost between you and your contract.
Straight answers, always
We'll tell you when a place is right for you, and we'll tell you honestly when to keep looking.
Made for first-timers
It's your first home, not your last chance. We take it one clear step at a time, as slowly as you need.
Walk a few homes with us
Quick walk-throughs we film on the day, so you can size a place up long before you book an inspection.
A few of the families we've handed keys to.
Ali went through every page of the contract in Hazargi until my parents actually understood what we were signing. We picked up the keys to our first home in Hampton Park eight weeks later.
I've bought three properties, and this was the first time an agent showed me the real numbers instead of the dream. Ali pointed me to the townhouse with the better rental yield and talked me out of the flashier one.
My English is fine for most things, but not for the biggest purchase of my life. Doing the whole thing in Urdu took the fear out of it completely.

Come say hi
Even if you're months off buying, we're happy to just talk it through. No pressure, no pitch. Just a straight conversation about what you're after and how the next step might look.
Prefer to write it out? Fill this in and it lands straight with us.
Write in whatever language feels easiest, and we'll reply in the same one.
